11.24.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2194-  the structure is an overall stable and sturdy condition, as described, the top is with scattered areas of finish loss and rubs, throughout, I further note some impressions and small gouges, the lower is largely clean exhibiting only minor wear, light nicks and small rubs, the right interior drawer is with some tape residue, interior shelving is stable, I note light wear, please refer to online photos for full view of side panels, I am unable to photograph however they look mostly clean as well, I have reduced the opening bid on this lot to account for the top
