9.26.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 3274: I note that the sideboard stands sturdy, the marble top is free from observed hairlines/ fractures, with sparse typical minor chipping at edges, some small areas of scuffing, and a small area of very slight yellowed discoloration at the front left corner, all commensurate with light use, the finish is overall well-preserved and retains a relatively uniform tone and fine figuring, with a few minute spots of typical surface wear such as small nicks and light abrasions commensurate with use, the metal banding with light patination, remaining securely mounted throughout
