9.22.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: the table is stable and sturdy in structural condition, the oversized top is composed of two planks, I note very slight gentle bowing in a few areas along the edge, central boards are ever so slightly misaligned in a few spots as well, the surface throughout displays tonal variation, some darkening/spotting, natural wood imperfections and variations with knots, very minor evidence of old woodworm, a few minute areas of fill, and some typical small stable splits to the wood, the base exhibits some nicks, variation, and a minor wood loss to one central foot, the iron stretchers are securely attached with later screws though one screw is missing, all lending to the rustic character of the piece and are commensurate with age and use
