04.28.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 2501- the cabinet is overall in stable and sturdy condition, the marble top displays light typical roughness along edges and minor surface abrasions, please refer to online images for best views, as I am unable to fully see the top, the cabinet is largely clean with scattered surface abrasions, nicks, minor wear to lacquer, metal mounts are present and securely attached, there is scattered spotting and patination, the interior back is open to accommodate a TV as described, there is some wear to interior bottom, drawers and doors operate correctly, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
