04.28.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3118-  the structure is an overall sturdy structural condition, the top would benefit from a good polishing, there is scattered grime and a small area of sticker residue, the marble top is intact with some typical minute roughness/ chipping along edges (very sparse), light spotting/discoloration, some surface wear and abrasions, the case is largely clean with minimal wear noted, there is an imperfection to the lacquer near the joint of the left front leg, see image, I further note some slight abrasions, minor wood wear, and rubs, doors and drawers operate correctly, drawers contain a worn interior liner, shelving is stable and shows light wear, all mentioned very minor and commensurate with age and use
