Condition

04.28.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 4425: As described the leftmost drawer is lacking the escutcheon, and the interior illumination is in need of wiring, I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top with inherent natural inclusions, and a very sparse occurrence of minor chips, as are typical, and a small scuff, all drawers and cabinetry operating smoothly, with overall well-preserved carvings at the trim, the glass shelf of the bar cabinet is intact with a couple small chips at the corners, as are typical and commensurate with contact against shelf supports/ case interior, the metal elements appear to remain securely mounted with light tonal variations associated with patination and mellowing, I observe a small minor split at the lower edge of breakfront, and a sparse amount of typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions and nicks commensurate with use
