CR 7.3.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3131-The commode in sturdy and stable condition the marble top exhibits some in typical roughness / small chips along rear and molded edges, there are a few light abrasions and some minor light discoloration, the top would benefit from a cleaning as I observe some sticker residue, the case displays only minor wood wear with some expected small nicks, tonal variation, small rugs and slight wear, drawers slide well but may benefit from a waxing to facilitate even smoother movement, the top drawer has some debris that could be cleaned, otherwise inner drawers show only some light wear, due to gallery location, I am unable to view the right side panel please refer to online images, metal trim appears present to visible sections (refer to online images for the right side), overall I note no major defects just light wear commensurate with age and use
