07.30.25: In my opinion, I note that the commode is structurally sturdy, the marble top with naturally occurring inclusions, and a few minute chips commensurate with use at edges, mostly contained to unfinished back edge, the drawers operate smoothly and the gilt metal banding and pulls remain securely mounted with light patination, the finish is overall well-retained with overall alligatoring/ crazing, and light tonal variations associated with some slight fading
