CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3118- the commode is in sturdy and stable condition, as described the marble top has been repaired, there is a filled seam at center and along front edge, see images, I further note some slight abrasions and scattered spotting, the case is intact with some tonal variation, rubs, nicks and light spotting, the left side panel has some dark spots to finish (minor), please refer to online images for a view of the right side, as I cannot access it, drawers slide well and exhibit only slight wear to interiors, metal is present and patinated, all mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use
