CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3120- the commode is in overall sturdy and stable condition, the marble top displays only a very few typical minute chips along the molded edge, I note some light staining/discoloration, all minor, the wood case is largely clean however I note some stable hairlines, I believe to be in finish, particularly at the lower drawer, see images, some tonal variation, rubs and nicks along edges, metal exhibits some patination and color variation, only the upper drawer is lockable, the lower two drawers are with faux locks, all mentioned minor and commensurate with age, display and use
