03/16/2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3219- the structure is sturdy and in stable condition, the marble top is with slight spotting and discoloration, and typical minute abrasions/chipping along edges, the case exhibits tonal variation, some rubs, nicks, minor wood wear and slight abrasions, partial view of side panels shows they appear largely clean, please confirm in online images, there is some slight denting to dark patinated metal trim, drawer interiors are clean with only light wear, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
