03/16/2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3245- due to gallery location, the piece is difficult to photograph and I am unable to view side panels, please refer to online images for best and complete zoomed views, the structure is in stable and sturdy condition, the marble top exhibits typical small minor chipping/roughness along edges, some minute divot to top with some small areas of fill, spotting and light abrasions and sticker residue, all mentioned minor, the top would likely benefit from a good cleaning, the case exhibits light tonal variation, appearing largely clean with only a few nicks, rubs and small areas of wood wear noted to facade, drawers, and doors operate smoothly, interiors are largely clean, metal shows patination, rubs and spotting with some light denting to trim, all minor and commensurate with age, use and display
