2.19.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1496-The structure is in overall sturdy condition, the marble top is intact with only some typical small chipping along molded edges and back, I further note some light discoloration, sticker residue and minor abrasions, the case is an overall fairly clean condition with some light and typical tonal variation, minor wood wear, small finish loss, and nicks, all commensurate with age and use, the front left leg is sturdy and intact with a likely old restoration, see images, drawers and drawers operate correctly, the center drawer could use a good waxing to facilitate a bit smoother movement
