02.12.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1495: I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top exhibits inherent natural inclusions and fissures, as well has having sparse, minor chips to edges, the drawers open smoothly as do the cabinet door lock plates, I observe patination of mounted metal elements, one of the pilasters between cabinet doors displays minor water spotting, and another having minor dark spotting, there is typical minor surface wear such as rubs at trim below drawers commensurate with use and some light abrasions near the bottom of the case
