12.1.25- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3124- due to the cramped gallery location of the sideboard, I am unable to comprehensive images, please refer to online photos for the best views, the structure is in sturdy and stable condition, the marble intact with some slight roughness, small abrasions, and  the sealant has yellowed, please refer to online images for views of side panels, visible case is largely clean with only some minor typical rubs, nicks, tonal variation and general light wear, drawers and doors operate smoothly, interiors are largely clean, the left side is lacking a wood slat/ support for the shelf to one side,  overall all mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use
