11.24.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3125- the commode is in stable and sturdy condition, the marble top is intact with scattered typical minute roughness/chipping along molded and rear edge, some fissures, a professional old repair through center some areas of stabilization, again professionally done, it is not at all compromised and typical of this type of marble, the case exhibits expected light wear throughout, with some nicks, scuffs and rubs, and small imperfections, metal mounts are present and retain a bright patina, the drawers slide well, interiors are largely clean, the lower drawer bottom panel is with stable separation, the key accompanying the piece does operate the lock, however it does not seem to catch (the lower drawer), it likely needs a simple adjustment, the interior lock plate is lacking one small screw, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
