04.21.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3429- please refer to online images for most complete and full views, as the cabinet is currently situated in a dark and cramped area of the gallery, the marble top is overall intact with scattered typical chips/ roughness along upper and lower edges, see images, I further note some imperfections inherent to the stone, small blemishes, spotting, abrasions and light wear, the top would benefit from a cleaning as there is light paint splatter and sticker residue, the case is largely clean exhibiting tonal variation, some small nicks, minor rubs, and wood wear, drawers and doors operate correctly, interiors are mostly clean with some light ring stains and surface wear, metal shows some spotting, patination and minor denting, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
