11.21.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2334-please pardon my images, the commode is located in a tight space and difficult to photo, the commode is overall sturdy and intact, the marble top shows only typical scattered minute, small chips along the back and molded edges, there are some slight abrasions noted to top, the painted case exhibits tonal variation, light discoloration, and some small areas of paint wear/ abrasions to wood including a small area noted at the left side panel center and the back edge, and at legs, drawer separators have typical light wear from use, drawers slide well and interiors are largely clean, the metal shows patination, all mentioned commensurate with age and use, please see attached images for your review
