CR 1.13.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3278- the structure is in sturdy and stable condition, the crest is currently not on, but present, as described, the upper right door panel shows a small segment of floral decoration that is lacking, see images, mirror plates are intact and free of any chips or cracks, I note only some paint splatter and minor scattered spotting with age, carved elements show some typical nicks, chips and light wear, the case exhibits some paint loss, rubs, spotting and tonal variation, with wear along the edges to paint from doors opening and closing, interiors are largely clean and shelving is stable, the single central drawer slides well, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
