9.26.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1236- the top shows filled evidence of past woodworm, surface lines, scratches, and scattered impressions from use, the right side panel also shows unevenness to the finish, please refer to images, both drawers slide smoothly, noting the upper drawer has a natural knot hole visible at the right side, drawer bottoms remain stable and secure with some darkening from age, the metal trim is with some patination, denting and wear, overall the commode is structurally sound exhibiting wear with age and use
