9.23.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3375-The structure stands sturdy, the marble top is intact with only some scattered typical roughness/minute chipping, concentrated along edges, some abrasions, and minor discoloration, wood and inlay remain largely intact with only some minimal wood wear, rubs and small nicks, lacquered finish does show some very small raised areas and peeling, noted along the bottom edge and under top, see images, drawers and doors open correctly, interiors are clean as pictured with only slight wear, metal is patinated with some spotting, all commensurate with age and use
