9.23.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3374-Due to gallery placement, I am unable to photograph the piece straight on, please refer to online images for a frontal view, the structure stands sturdy, the long marble top is intact with some typical minute roughness/chipping concentrated mostly along the upper and lower edges, light discoloration and small abrasions, all minimal, the wood case shows only very light wood wear, minor dings and scattered scuffs, drawers and doors operate smoothly and correctly, interior drawers retain a worn red liner, the left cabinet is open, while the rest cabinets, retain interior shelving, metal exhibits some spotting and patination, however, is present throughout with no noted breaks or loss, all commensurate with age and use
