CR 1.13.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3283- the structure is in sturdy and stable condition, the marble top is intact with some typical minute chips and abrasions along the molded edge and back, spotting and light wear, the case exhibits tonal variation minor wood wear, nicks and some spotting, beaded trim is present, but varies slightly in size, so some may have been replaced at some point, drawers slide well and interiors are largely clean, metal trim and hardware are present with some patination and spotting, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
