06.01.2026-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1212- please pardon the glare from the overhead lighting, the cabinet is quite reflective and difficult to photo, please refer to online images for best views, the structure is in sturdy and stable condition, the lacquer is overall well retained showing expected light surface wear/abrasions to top surface, a few very minor nicks to top and noted along edges, when open door top/edges show wear consistent opening/closing, interior is fitted, the drawers slide well, there is some staining to interiors, one door chain needs to be reconnected, the center green liner shows a small loss at bottom left, metal shows some spotting and patination, all mentioned commensurate with the mid-century age (1960’s) age and use of the cabinet
