7.1.24-LOT 2098: As described the interior lighting of the bar cabinet is in need of wiring, I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, it is in overall good condition with only a few minute nicks to the lacquer, and typical minor surface wear such as sparse, light abrasions commensurate with light use, the doors and interior drawers currently operate smoothly and close securely, they operate with a handle key, not removable and turning to lock the doors, the interior shelves appear sturdy, the glass shelf of the bar cabinet has typical minute fleabites at the corners from contact with shelf supports and interior of case paneling, and the metal fixtures exhibit light patination, no major loss observed, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
