9.23.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3381-The structure stands sturdy, the marble top is intact with some typical roughness/minute chipping, concentrated mostly along edges, there is small chip to the rear right corner, see images, wood case is clean with only some light rubs/abrasions noted, mainly around legs, minor tonal variation, and light wear, metal hardware is present with patination, no major loss observed, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
