3.12.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1208- the marble top is intact with some typical small rim chips and abrassions, the structure stands sturdy, wood case is intact and as described with some restorations as commensurate with age and use, I note some old wood patched repairs throughout the drawers and side panels, small nicks and light wood wear, there is some tonal variation, evidence of old woodworm, mostly noted at back, typical of the provincial French origin, interior drawers show some separation and splits, however are stable at this time, as described the apron/skirt is reduced
