03.27.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 1207: I note that the commode is presently intact and sturdy, appearing to remain structurally secure, with separation along the right-hand side corner posts, and some visible glue remnants from a previous reinforcement attempt, the marble top being free from observed hairlines/ fractures, and having a small amount of typical minute chipping to edge, the drawers operating relatively smoothly with overall well-kept/ clean interiors, including the frieze drawer lined in contact paper, metal pulls exhibit light patination and remains securely mounted to drawer fronts, I observe typical minor surface wear such as small nicks, chips, and light abrasions, all being commensurate with age and use
