03.07.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 707: I note that the cabinet is presently intact and structurally sturdy, with evidence of old woodworm throughout, particularly to he top half of the structure, there is patination/ oxidation of metal elements, and the interior fabric lining of the upper half exhibits staining above the lowermost shelf back paneling, as well as light staining to the top panels of lower cabinetry, I observe splits to the wood, including to the lower cabinet doors and interior shelf, one minor split at the upper cabinet doors having fill, there is surface wear such as abrasions and minor chips, such as those pictured along the cabinet door edges, and rubs to the lower edge of apron carving, the apron also has minor loss of the applied narrow trim, all commensurate with age and use, the cabinet doors do not stay closed when in the unlocked position, and the lock plates function smoothly
