03.21.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 709: As described there is a restoration to the marble along the left-hand side panel (marble panel to the left of cabinet door), additionally there are several minor fills to the marble along the front edge of marble top, and a professional restoration to the back left corner, I note that the cabinet is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the gilt metal mounts exhibit light patination and some minute pitting, the interior shelves appear sturdy, and the painting is overall well-preserved, I observe minor chips to the veneer concentrated along the lower edge, as well as typical minute surface wear such as light abrasions
