CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3218- the cabinet is approximately 85”h, 54”w, 20 ½”d, it stands sturdy and doors open smoothly, the patina is warm and tonal, overall the carvings are well maintained retaining crisp detail, see images, the front corners of the crown show some small losses and minute gapping, I further note some rubs, small wood wear and nicks to case, feet show some fading and wear along bottom edge, interior shelving is sturdy, overall mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use, in my opinion, the cabinet shows well
