5.17.24-In my opinion regarding: LOT – 3353-The chair sits sturdy, and seems to retain original stuffing, leather is worn as pictured, with some abrasions, color loss, cracking and general overall wear, I do not see any apparent rips or tears, the wood has a nice warm patina with appropriate small areas of finish variation, nicks and light wear, all as commensurate with age and use
