French Transitional style console table, 20th c., pierced gilt-metal gallery, painted faux marble top, single frieze drawer, conforming undertier, on scroll legs, approx 29"h, 24.75"w, 12.25"d
9.25.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1129—the table is stable and stands sturdy, the metal gallery shows some very minor bending with one loose nail at the back that could be easily secured, the wood frame displays light surface wear with rubs, small nicks, and general minor wear, light paint splatter is visible along the sides and appears cleanable, the metal mounts remain intact with some spotting, patination, and rubs, the single drawer slides smoothly and the interior is largely clean, all observed wear is minor and commensurate with age and use
