05.12.25: In my opinion regarding Lot 2174: I note that the service cart is presently intact and structurally secure, standing sturdy, the hinged drop leaves operating smoothly, and the lacquered finish of the veneer being overall well-maintained, having only a sparse degree of typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions and nicks commensurate with age and use, the gilt metal elements exhibiting typical light patination and spotting, the wheels operating smoothly with typical minor wear to the tread commensurate with age and use, please see attached images for reference
