CR 8.19.25-In my opinion regarding LOT 3290: We do not believe this day bed to be antique and likely originates in the late 20th century, I note that the day bed is structurally sturdy, appearing secure throughout joinery points, the gilded finish is overall well-retained with some typical scattered rubs, mellowing, and flaked losses commensurate with age and use, upholstery remains taut and securely bound throughout, including the bolster pillow, the piping at the shell-form headboard with some minor lifting and slightly visible adhesive reinforcement, the footboard with some minor panel separation that remains stable, and the casters operate smoothly
