CR 8.27.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 3289: The chair is structurally sturdy, with the rocking rails securely supporting the seat. The upholstery remains securely bound throughout and is free from visible tearing, holes, or loss. Button tufting remains secure, as do the nail-heads which have an antiqued finish. There are typical tonal variations of the gilded finish associated with patination, mellowing, and rubs, as well as a few minute flaked or chipped losses commensurate with use. A few of these spots on the arms with a yellow painted concealment/ touch-up (see images). The zoomorphic elements of the chair remain free from notable losses, but would benefit from a thorough cleaning to resolve lingering dust build-up commensurate with use
