11.13.25-the sofa is stable and sturdy, it sits firm and comfortably, the tapestry upholstery is overall intact but shows a large area of loss and fraying to the right arm, I further note some typical gapping at seams, picks, some minor spotting/staining, and fading, the reverse in a varied upholstery has a broad discoloration and some stains, wood frame is sound with minor losses, rubs to high points, and scattered old woodworm exit holes, all observed wear and imperfections are consistent with origin age and use
