04.21.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3131- the commode is in sturdy and stable condition, the top surface displays some finish wear, imperfections and blemishes, with mars and some staining, the front left corner has a small wood loss, the case is substantial exhibiting some nicks, small areas of wood wear, rubs and tonal variation, drawers show some staining to interiors however are sturdy, all slide well, the bottom drawer is a bit tight and would benefit from a good waxing, overall the commode exhibits characteristics of its early 19thc. age, please refer to online images for best views of the side
