09.24.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 2341: I note that the commode is presently intact and structurally sturdy, all drawers currently operating smoothly, there are small filled restorations and reinforcements throughout concealed with brown finish touch ups, and a restoration to the joinery between top paneling at right-hand corner post, there are also tonal variations throughout from varied degrees of fading and light staining commensurate with age and use, the drawers currently operating smoothly, with patination of gilt metal escutcheon, each having outlines from drawer pulls that were positioned on a different part of the drawer panels, I observe a few minor splits and typical surface wear such as small abrasions, nicks, minor chips, scuffs, and spotting commensurate with age and use
