04.16.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 2239- the structure is an overall sturdy and stable condition, the case exhibits age with some tonal variation, spotting along base, wood wear, particularly noted near door locks, minor nicks, very sparce evidence of old woodworm, rubs, and imperfections, sizable paw feet are intact, interiors show age with some staining, color variation and wood wear, all mentioned commensurate with the origin, age and use of the cabinet
