02.03.26: I note that the commode is structurally secure throughout, the left side panel with minor separation which remains stable, the top of case having a stable, reinforced split near the back left corner, the finish having tonal variations associated with typical light fading, as well as spotting and staining/ discoloration, and a few small finish touch-ups, I observe typical minor surface wear such as a couple of light water rings, and a few scattered small chips, including a couple of small losses to the trim pieces (see images), described wear is commensurate with age and use
