LOT 2231: As described the upholstery exhibits typical light staining commensurate with use, which is overall very minor, I note that the sofa is presently intact and sturdy, the upholstery appearing securely bound to the underlying frame, with seams and piping remaining secure throughout, I observe sparse minor loose threads and runs, which are also typical, the cushioning having an overall well-retained form, the fringe trim remaining securely bound to skirt with tonal variations associated with light discoloration and sun fading, this very sparse, minor surface wear is commensurate with age and use
