LOT 2232: As described the upholstery exhibits typical minor staining commensurate with use, which is overall very minor and sparse in occurrence, I note that the sofa is intact and structurally sturdy, the upholstery appearing to remain securely bound throughout, and free from observed tearing or loss, all seams appearing tight, overall I observe a small number of typical minor loose threads and runs commensurate with use, the cushioning having a well-retained shape/ free from padding degradation, the applique fringe trim remaining securely bound with minor pulls and typical tonal variations arising discoloration and fading
