Condition

07/06/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 2169- the cabinet is in sturdy and stable condition, glass appears intact throughout, it would benefit from a good cleaning, the case case exhibits a warm patina with tonal variation, some imperfections such as nicks, rubs, some stable small splits from shrinkage, staining/spots, the lower cabinet shows some small wood patched repairs to one door and exhibits signs of age and use as described above, the left door panel may have had a pull at one time as there is a small drill hole along the top edge, I am unable to fully access side panels, please refer to online images, interior shelving to top and bottom are sturdy and stable, the lower cabinet shelf and bottom are replaced, with the bottom appearing to be some sort of particle board, it is sturdy, I do not know if upper shelving is original but it too is stable, all mentioned commensurate with the mid 19thc. age, display and use of the cabinet
