CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3216- the bookcase is in stable and sturdy condition, please refer to online images for full views of sides, as I am unable to fully access them, the case is well figured, I note some tonal variation, inherent imperfections, knicks, and minor wood wear/losses, the central left upright between doors is with a small stable split, see images, I observe typical scattered evidence of old woodworm, interior shelving is secure, the interior use a good cleaning, drawers and doors operate correctly with some wear to interiors, glass panes are free of apparent chips or cracks, the interior molding on glass is with some minor losses of adhesive, all mentioned commensurate with origin, age and use
