07.15.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 3391: Please note that this is a late 19th century mirror and displays typical wear associated with such age and use, the mirror plate remains securely encased within framing, and free from observed chips or hairlines/ fractures, having some light hazing, and minute spots of silver loss, as are typical, the frame with tonal variations associated with mellowing and rubs that are commensurate with age and use, the top left corner with a small filled chip with gilt-painted concealing but is overall very minor, the frame exhibits typical minor splits to the gesso, all appear stable, and chipping, most being minor contained to the wreath crest, and some small segments of trim
