02.12.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1243: I note that the bench is currently intact and structurally sturdy, the upholstery appear tautly bound to the frame and retains the applique trim around the perimeter, the upholstery exhibits light staining, and there is minor seam separation along the carved apron, I observe minute evidence of old woodworm, and typical minor surface wear, mostly concentrated to the scrolled ends of the arms, including rubs, light abrasions, minute chips, and minor nicks
