9.26.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 1153: I note that the mirror frame is structurally secure with some minute glue residue related to reinforcement at corners, the frame with light tonal variations associated with minor surface wear commensurate with age and use, and some scattered spotting of white paint (see images), also having some chipped losses commensurate with use, most being small and minor, the mirror plate with some minor silver losses, please refer to attached images
