9.25.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1154- hanging hardware may have been added since the time of photography, the mirror was examined hanging on the wall, please refer to online images for a view of the back, as described one of the applied flourishes at the foliate is intact with fractures, I further note a few very minute chips to points, the mirror silver exhibits some minor and light spotting/imperfections, the upper left side flower embellishment is lacking the screw cover, however all appear secure at this time
