3.11.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1488-The structure is sturdy, there is some overall tonal variation, rings and finish wear (particularly visible in top surface, there is minor bowing to upper shelving and light bending to a few hooks, see images, otherwise I note appropriate light wood wear and rubs, drawers slide well and base and lower shelf are sturdy, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
